- Issue Resolution:

- Technical Support:
- Help customers navigate our website, including troubleshooting any technical or login-related issues.
- Provide assistance with account management and password reset.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.
- Document and report recurring issues for process improvement.
- Quality Assurance:

Salary Range: £28,000 to £40,000 per year
