Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst at Luxury Garments Ltd., your responsibilities will include:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
  1. Reporting and Visualization:
  • Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to different stakeholders.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data in an accessible and understandable format.
  1. Performance Metrics:
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of our e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights on areas for improvement.
  1. Customer Insights:
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to provide insights for targeted marketing campaigns and product recommendations.
  • Segment customers to tailor marketing strategies.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Optimize inventory levels based on sales data and demand forecasting.
  • Assist in inventory turnover and stock replenishment strategies.
  1. A/B Testing:
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  1. Data-driven Decision Making:
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to support data-driven decision making.
  • Assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  1. Data Quality and Integrity:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing data validation and quality control processes.
  • Identify and rectify data anomalies and discrepancies.
  1. Ad Hoc Analysis:
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and answer specific business questions using available data.
  • Contribute to solving complex business challenges through data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and retail data is a plus.

Salary Range: £28,000 to £40,000 per year
