Job Responsibilities:

As an Online Sales Manager at Luxury Garments Ltd., your responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
  1. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Attract new customers through various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Implement strategies to retain and nurture existing customer relationships, including loyalty programs and personalized shopping experiences.
  1. E-commerce Platform Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the Web Development team to optimize the e-commerce platform for conversion and user experience.
  • Implement A/B testing and user behavior analysis to enhance online shopping journeys.
  1. Sales Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate the online sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
  • Implement efficient inventory management practices to reduce costs and improve margins.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Utilize data and analytics to track online sales performance and ROI.
  • Generate reports and insights for decision-making and optimization.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Oversee customer support operations to address inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any challenges.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Web Development, and Supply Chain, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  1. Sales Promotions and Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute online sales promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce management.

Salary Range: £28,000 to £40,000 per year
