Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphics Technician to join our creative team. This role focuses on the technical side of preparing, formatting, and optimizing visuals, ensuring that all creative assets are production-ready, consistent, and optimized for multiple platforms. The Graphics Technician will bridge the gap between design creativity and technical delivery, helping us maintain flawless visuals across our e-commerce store, campaigns, and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and optimize graphics for use across web, mobile, and print platforms.
- Ensure all files meet technical specifications, including resolution, color, and file format standards.
- Work closely with designers, illustrators, and marketers to ensure visuals are production-ready.
- Manage version control and file organization for efficient workflow and retrieval.
- Optimize images for web performance, balancing high quality with fast loading speeds.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to visual assets and digital file preparation.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all digital and print outputs.
- Stay up to date with technical standards, software, and best practices in graphics production.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in graphics production, prepress, or technical artwork preparation.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and file optimization.
- Understanding of web image formats (JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF, WebP) and print specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creatives and independently on technical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
