Job Responsibilities:
As an Analyst Programmer at Luxury Garments Ltd., your responsibilities will include:
System Analysis and Design:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design efficient and scalable software solutions to improve business processes and customer experience.
Software Development:
Develop and implement new features and functionalities for the e-commerce platform.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in appropriate languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing of developed software to ensure quality and performance.
Identify, track, and fix bugs and performance issues.
Maintenance and Enhancement:
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing systems and applications.
Continuously assess and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the IT team, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and provide regular project updates.
Research and Development:
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements relevant to e-commerce.
Research and propose new tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation.
Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.
Ensure all software development activities are well documented for future reference.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure software solutions comply with industry standards and company policies regarding data security and privacy.
Participate in the assessment and mitigation of security risks.
User Support and Training:
Assist in user support activities and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide training to users on new systems and features as necessary.
