Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at Luxury Garments Ltd., your responsibilities will include:

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Become knowledgeable about our product catalog, including apparel details, sizes, and availability.
  • Guide customers in product selection and sizing recommendations.
  1. Order Management:
  • Assist customers in placing orders, making changes to orders, and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Monitor and track orders to provide status updates to customers.
  1. Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  1. Technical Support:
  • Help customers navigate our website, including troubleshooting any technical or login-related issues.
  • Provide assistance with account management and password reset.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.
  • Document and report recurring issues for process improvement.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure a high standard of service by adhering to company policies, procedures, and service guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and web development, to address customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  1. Customer Education:
  • Assist in educating customers on the benefits of our products and promotional offerings.
  • Share information on upcoming sales, promotions, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or service role is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Salary Range: £28,000 to £40,000 per year
