Luxury Garments Limited is a leading brand in premium apparel, renowned for its commitment to quality, style, and exceptional customer experience. We are expanding our presence with a dedicated e-commerce store, offering our signature products online for a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for a dynamic and organised Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our on-site office, supporting both the retail and digital aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to maintain a productive work environment.  
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.  
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.  
  • Support the HR and management team in organising meetings, events, and recruitment activities.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to streamline operations.  
  • Prepare and manage office reports, documentation, and communication updates.  

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.  
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.  
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
