We are looking for a dynamic and organised Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our on-site office, supporting both the retail and digital aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Support the HR and management team in organising meetings, events, and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to streamline operations.
- Prepare and manage office reports, documentation, and communication updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
