Job Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Manager at Luxury Garments Ltd., your responsibilities will include:
- Supply Chain Strategy:
- Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the supply chain strategy with business goals.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement to ensure products are readily available for sale.
- Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
- Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure cost-effective and timely product delivery.
- Logistics and Distribution:
- Manage the logistics and distribution processes, ensuring timely delivery to customers while optimizing shipping costs.
- Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to meet customer service expectations.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Identify and address quality issues in the supply chain.
- Cost Optimization:
- Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain costs, seeking efficiencies and cost savings.
- Monitor transportation, storage, and procurement costs.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor key supply chain performance metrics.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

Salary Range: £28,000 to £40,000 per year
